Introduction about the welding:

A welding flux is needed in welding. This flux is made of pine resin and resin mixture. The main ingredient is rosin (C₂₀H₃₀O₂). At a high tempeature, rosin acid then cinveted to the new rosin acid. This results in production of toxic ingredients such as acetylsalicylic acid (HOC₆H₄COOH) and sobrerone. These toxic substances in to volatile gases. Flux which contains a lot of resin, also bring a phenyl(C₆H₅OH). and flux in the resin and activator also have chlorohydric acid (HCL) and other compounds. These gas inhalation cause headache, vomit halo, eye diseases and other diseases harmful to health.
